Sparrow endeavors to ensure that every purchase or transaction at our website is seamless. While we are obliged to adhere to the below-mentioned policies, we always try to make sure that our customers have a happy and satisfactory shopping experience with us.
Please note that being a slow fashion brand, each product is made by us on per order basis with a lot of love and care, due to which we do not accept refunds on products once sold.
If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, or a wrong product/size, please contact us within 48 hours of order delivery at email@example.com and we will replace your product or provide a refund for it in case of unavailability.
All our products are handmade using sustainable fabrics by skilled artisans. Variations in the weave, embroidery or print of the product is a result of its handcrafted nature, and hence cannot be considered as a defect.
We request you to please read about your product carefully before purchasing and contact us in case of any sizing/product queries and we would be happy to assist you with it.
THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
If your order qualifies the below-mentioned return/exchange terms, kindly use the following return form to place a return pickup request:-
Return and Exchange Portal
For items purchased on sale or by using discount codes, a shipping charge of ₹150 will apply on the return pickup.
The product will be picked from you in 24-48 hours after placing the return/exchange request.
Please ensure that the products are unused/unwashed and in original condition with all tags intact.
Failing to send the products in original condition might result in the rejection of your return request and products will be sent back as received.
Once the return product has been received by us and has been quality checked, the exchange product will be shipped/the amount paid by you will be credited to your store wallet.
The process will take 5-6 working days.
Your order is liable for return/exchange until 15 days of you receiving it.
International orders are non-returnable/exchangeable.
Products that show signs of being worn or have noticable defects will not be liable for return. SPARROW reserves the right to accept/reject a return after inspecting the products returned to us.
Customised products are only eligible for a one-time alteration and not eligible for return/exchange. For alterations in the same product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the package is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package which you believe was damaged in transit, please do not accept it and mention the same on the delivery receipt provided by the courier partner.
Any claims of the outer packaging being damaged/products missing because of that will not be entertained after the proof of delivery is signed by you.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
No refunds will be provided if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Aramex etc.), then Sparrow will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us by emailing us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing it.
Express shipping orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
In case of cancellation of prepaid orders, you will receive a gift card of the same amount.
